Here are links to .pdf's of documents that have been obtained via Canadian Access to Information Act (ATI's), either formally or informally (ie. second-hand), or via U.S. Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA). The idea will be to arrange them topically, usually accompanied by a brief description.

Obtained via informal ATIP request - originally requested/obtained by Embassy Magazine, cited in October 8, 2008 article, 'Venezuela, Colombia Priorities Revealed.'
